Important – How to use your seat

After you pass the CAPTCHA, you will be taken to the remote desktop gateway. On that screen you will see a list of seats.

Select any random seat from the list. There is no “best” seat.
If your session opens to a black screen that does not load or a pink error banner, it means that seat is already in use or temporarily down.
If that happens, return to the seat list (or click “Home” in the upper-left menu) and simply choose a different random seat.

A working seat will show the remote desktop within a few seconds. If you don’t see anything loading, assume the seat is unavailable and pick another one.

Time limit: Each remote desktop session is limited to 70 minutes. When your time is up, the session will close automatically and any unsaved work inside the remote desktop will be lost.

Privacy tip: If you finish your work before 70 minutes are up, please click the “End session now” button inside the helper app or remote desktop menu. If you leave your seat running, another person who connects later may be able to open your desktop and read your files during the remaining time.

Check this box if your device is a tablet or phone and on the next page click (or tap) on the person icon next to a string of letters and numbers and select SETTINGS. Then select the on-screen keyboard. Do these steps BEFORE choosing a seat or else you will not be able to input text!
